Common questions

Where are my documents stored? Nowhere but your device. The App processes PDFs entirely on your phone and never uploads them.

My PDF won't open. Password-protected or corrupted PDFs cannot be opened. Remove the password with the tool that created the document and try again.

The export has a watermark. The free tier exports a watermarked, reduced-resolution copy. Premium (weekly subscription via Google Play) exports at original quality without a watermark.

How do I cancel Premium? Open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PDF Signature Maker → Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period.

How do I delete my saved signatures? Open the signature screen in the App and tap the × on any saved signature. Uninstalling the App also removes them.

Is this a legally certified e-signature? No — the App adds a visual signature image only. See our Terms for details.
